Name: Furama Xclusive Asoke
Location: Near intersection of Asoke and Sukhumvit Soi21
BTS Station: Asoke (5min walk away)
Price: ~1900baht for the Deluxe room
Room (Deluxe): 32sqm studio configuration, with bathtub/in room safe/ironing board/minibar/cable TV + DVD player. Room is large enough n most importantly clean. Finishings look new n so did the upholdstry.
Restaurant: Mostly Thai food with a nice selection of cocktails n beer (most of which are out of stock due to floods)
Staff Service: Very friendly staff, especially the front desk n houskeeping, always brought laundry on time n handed extra towels whenever I needed promptly. Room service is a bit slow though but bearable.
Comments: Overall a very decent hotel with good rooms and a great location as its only a stones throw away form the Asoke BTS station and also the new Terminal 21 mall. There are also numerous 7-11s about 2mins away from the hotel for late night snacks. Hotel is also guest friendly as long as you sign them in at the front desk.
Can be booked here.

I have stayed in Furama Xclusive Asoke twice and also recommend it based on its proximity to BTS and MRT, as well as to shopping areas along Suk and Soi Cowboy. Rooms are generally okay and hotel is quite newly renovated after being taken over by the Furama group. Front desk and bell-hop staff are always helpful and smiling. Hotel is GF and never asked any question when I invited different 'guests' back on different nights. Breakfast was good by my standard, its intercontinental semi-buffet where you can order some cooked eggs (to your liking) ham and/or sausages, has freshly squeezed fruit juice too. Only qualm i had was a room that had the aircon point straight at the bed, not good if you don't like draft. Asked for a change and had it luckily. Price is reasonable for the location and room. Wireless is free and dependable/stable.
