Accommodation: VERY Good. Clean and daily make up room was done very responsively. Value for Money for that kind of accommodation. Staff very polite and if room no safe box, u can deposit at the reception. Got 3 wings and each wing got its own swimming pool.

Breakfast: 8/10. Variety of food of Thai and Western food. U can have your breakfast besides one of the swimming pool but too bad, nobody swim so early in the morning.

Vicinity: Walking distance to Happening areas like Pook Pub, Blue Club, Sugar Pbu etc..... Need to take a Taxi to walking street, about 15 mins. Lots of Massage shops in that area.

Laundry Service: Just outside this hotel got this laundry shop, dirt cheap.

Value for Money. 10/10.

I stayed in this hotel in the New Year of Jan 2011 thanks to Tim for the last minute booking in the peak holiday season.

Hotel location is barely OK, and slightly inconvenient. Hotel room was very new and fine. Hotel reception tried to charge me for guest fee, I had to sort it out the next day. Also the hotel is big and caters to the bus-load tour group. Believe that price was marginally high for individual booking. I supposed the the tour group got some big volume discounts.

Looks nice but rooms terrible. Bathroom tiny. Once you shower, the whole place wet. Shower curtain wrong place. No chair in room. For the price you pay, it is poor value for money.Breakfast ordinary. Location not really in the right place as far from most places you would like to be on a holiday. Everything you need costs extras. Place swarming with group tourists from Mainland China or HK and the noisy type. Would not recommend to anyone.
